Will this cushion me like a gymnastics mat?** A: It is more narrow than a typical gymnastics mat, but it is the same thickness and provides the same cushion as the high quality home gymnastics mats my daughter used to use at home when she was a competitive gymnast. **Q: Odors/smells/off-gassing of this mat?** A: Hi, Thank you for your email. Our customers are our primary concern. We as ProSource apologize that you are experiencing odors from your product. In order to eliminate odors from this product you must use light soap or water. Wipe the mat with a clean wet sponge or rag. Use a soft dry cloth to remove any leftover residue, and then air dry. Kind Regards, **Q: Text says 1 1/2 inches thick, diagram says 1/2 inch. Which is it?** A: Hi, Thank you for contacting us. We have two mats priced differently with different dimensions. The Tri folding mat for the price of $34.99 is 72"Lx 24"Wx 1 1/2" T. The Tri folding mat for for the price of $89.99 is 72" L x 24" W x 2" T. Best Regards, **Q: Would this work well under an indoor slide for a toddler? We just bought our 1.5 year old an indoor slide (she's a climber!) and we want something under it to protect her from landing on our hardwood floor when she slides off the end.** A: It is well padded but may not be wide enough to put under a indoor slide. and it would need carpet liner so that i may not move. ## Frequently Bought Together - ProsourceFit Tri-Fold Folding Thick Exercise Mat 6'x2' with Carrying Handles for MMA, Gymnastics, Stretching, Core Workouts - Tepemccu Expandable Gymnastics Bars,Adjustable Height Gymnastic Horizontal Bars,Junior Training Bar Children Folding Training Monkey Bars for Kids… --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/28123372-tri-fold-folding-thick-exercise-mat-6-x2-with-carrying](https://www.desertcart.no/products/28123372-tri-fold-folding-thick-exercise-mat-6-x2-with-carrying) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
