This mascara is my forever fav but where's the brown or even brown-black?

I do not know, good question! I would try and reach their corporate offic somehow or some sort of customer service....hope this helps!

Is this tube mascara?

Hi there, thank you for your question! The Black Magic Mascara's ’tubing’ style formula coats and wraps around each lash to extend and amplify your look. The colour is smudge proof, will not crumble or fade and the 'tubes' easily slide off with warm water when you're ready to remove! The zero-wastage squeezy tube has been designed to prevent your mascara from drying out and last longer. However, we do recommend that you change your mascaras every 6 months. Hope this helps! Does this come in sealed packaging? I got mine and seems like it’s already been used.

No, it did not come in sealed packaging. If you believe it was already used, I would send it back.
