Though it works well enough to get a workout and ride around on Zwift with a fixed gear spin cycle, the estimate is flawed because the faster I pedal, the faster the wheel spins, and the higher my power. It might work differently on a road bike with gears, where for example on a hill, you can produce high cadence and slow speed and vice versa low cadence and high speed on a flat or downhill.
