For other supports such as coffee mugs, there is no a clear answer to the question on if the HTV can be applied successfully or not. The results reached by the crafters that tried it vary from failure to full success. The only way to figure it out is to try it yourself.I hope this answer satisfy you. As a seller my objective is to provide the most accurate and honest product information, but as this information is collected from external sources ( Manufacturers, suppliers, users reviews etc.) it has not been verified by us. **Q: Is this good for applique work? I was hoping to find one for just that purpose. Something i can use quickly and small enough for my small pieces. TIA** A: I use it for machine applique with my embroidery machine. the machine does a placement stitch, then I put on my applique which has a fusible on it and iron it on while leaving it all in the hoop. This little iron works great for this. I also used it for applying iron-on bias tape to an applique project. It worked great for that too. **Q: I was wondering about use with htv as well do you know the temp range of the mini iron? I did see a you tube video where a crafter did use this iron o** A: This probably isn’t helpful but it gets FRKN HOT, it doesn’t give you an exact temp, just low or high but low doesn’t get hot enough IMO so I’m always using high. ## Frequently Bought Together - Clover MCI-900 Mini Iron , White - Warm Company Steam-A-Seam 5417 Lite 2 Double Stick Fusible Web 9"X12" Sheets 5/Pkg - Karen Kay Buckley's Perfect Scissors, Medium 6-Inch Mirco Serrated Blades (1) (Original Version) (Standard) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/276443001-mci-900-mini-iron-white](https://www.desertcart.no/products/276443001-mci-900-mini-iron-white) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
