**Q: will this take red or yellow or purple kool aid out of carpet?**
A: It didn't get my stain out.  I have a light beige carpet and it didn't do anything 😔

A: I received my today. I got one full 32 fl. ounce bottle and another practically empty (maybe about a 1/4 or 1/6 ounce full and no receipt in the box. I’m never buying from this seller again. If I could give seller a 0 star rating I would.

Them: "Thank you for taking the time to contact us! The FOLEX INSTANT CARPET SPOT REMOVER is the product we have been making for over 45 years, and continue to make today. We also have a newer product called FOLEX PROFESSIONAL CARPET SPOT REMOVER sold only at your local Bed Bath & Beyond stores. Chemically, they work equally to one another. However, the design of the Professional bottle is for high use with a shorter bottle (easy on the wrist) that holds 34oz of product. Thank you. Sincerely, KT"

**Q: what is the difference between the spot remover and the stain remover?**
A: My non-expert answer is that a spot is more surface and a stain is more soaked in.  Folex will handle most of the small ones, 1" to 6".  Others may take a stronger, more industrial application.  But for quick clean up of spills and other small stains (especially recent ones) Folex works.  I once went out of state and rented a room in someone's basement.  The former renter was a student, and spilled drinks and food on the carpet.  It took several applications and scrubbings on some spots/stains, but Folex took care of them all.
