NatureWise Nighttime Slim

I have been using NatureWise products for over 6 months now, and I whole heartily recommend them all. I love how natural NatureWise products are, and the company promotes healthy lifestyles. DO NOT EXPECT A QUICK FIX! If you are looking to lose weight the right way and keep it off, this company will help you! Personally I have been using the Raspberry Ketones, to help my food cravings, and the Green Coffee Bean extract, to help boost my metabolism and energy. Along with diet and light exercise, I have seen a different in my figure, but most of all my overall mentality. I have more energy, less desire to eat out of boredom, and less late night cravings. I received an email about this new product and decided to give it a try. I originally purchased this product and then was given the offer of a free bottle for my honest review. I have only been using it for a few weeks, but I have already seen the benefits. My sleep has greatly improved. It helps me go to sleep and stay asleep, but try to get 7-8 hours every night or I notice I feel a little groggy in the morning. Weight loss wise I cannot comment on yet, but by the history of the other products I use, I am sure to see some results in the up coming months.

I am trying to lose 85lbs and I’ve been taking nighttime slim for 28 nights. So far I have lost 5lbs. I’ve lost 7.4 lbs total since I lost a little weight the few weeks before starting this supplement. It’s been a great compliment to my weight loss routine. I’ve been eating under my calorie budget as well as exercise twice a week for 45 minutes. At first I was worried about stomach pain because it uses peppers as one of the main fat burning ingredients but it has not caused that even when I took it 2 hours after eating dinner (it says take with food on the bottle). Sorry if this is TMI but I did notice a slight burn when pooping on some days but nothing distressing and I figure that’s another way I know it’s working. I’ve been sleeping better too most nights. I like that this product has green coffee in it too and it doesn’t seem to have a stimulating effect at all so it doesn’t disrupt my sleep.

LET'S BREAK THIS SUPPLEMENT DOWN: INGREDIENTS: Cayenne Extract:Small thermogenic effect, but at the dose in most sleep/nighttime blends it’s minor. Green Coffee Bean Extract: Slightly may increase metabolism due to chlorogenic acid — but research shows the effect is very small. Raspberry Ketones: Popular in marketing, but human studies show little to no real fat-loss effect. Most benefits are seen only in animal studies or at very high doses. GABA + L-Theanine: These are for relaxation and sleep quality, which indirectly support weight loss (better sleep helps regulate appetite hormones), but they don’t burn fat directly. In short: Its main benefit is improved sleep and recovery, not calories burned or fat loss. HOW IT WORKS: Sleep support: The GABA + L-theanine combo is the main benefit. It can help you relax and get better quality sleep. Weight/fat loss support: The Cayenne + Green Coffee Bean effect at this dosage is likely very mild. It’s not a magic fat burner, it may provide a tiny metabolic nudge. Timing: 2 hours before bed is good — gives time for relaxation without potential mild stimulant effects from green coffee bean extract. REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS: You may notice: Falling asleep easier, Possibly slightly deeper sleep, Minimal impact on fat loss directly You likely will NOT notice: Big overnight fat burning or weight loss directly from this pill, Major effects on bloating. MARKETING: --“Encourages calorie usage during sleep” & “Capsimax supports resting metabolism” Capsimax (capsaicin from cayenne + piperine + niacin) does have a very mild thermogenic effect, meaning it can slightly increase energy expenditure at rest. However, the increase is tiny — research suggests it might burn 5–50 extra calories/day depending on dose. That’s not enough to replace diet or exercise, but it’s a minor bonus. --“Green Coffee Bean” & “Raspberry Ketones” Again, these are marketed as fat-burning, but human studies show minimal effects at the doses in typical supplements. They may slightly affect metabolism, but it’s not a primary driver of weight loss. THIS IS A MARKETING SCAM AND THIS SUPPLEMENT IS GARBAGE. I DO ENJOY OTHER NATURWISE SUPPLEMENTS BUT THIS ONE IS A JOKE.

I chose this bc it seemed the one that was less likely to have side affects of drowsiness during the day. I am sleeping really well. That being said, I'm not seeing a bit of weight loss. Oh well, back to the drawing board. And yes, I do exercise and am not expecting this pill to do all the work. I was just hoping for a boost.

I previously purchased Thermo Blend so I decided to try the night time formula. It does help with sleeping but personally doesn't help me if insomnia is caused by anxiety/stress. It does help me when sleeplessness if caused by "normal" conditions. I am not sure about the fat burning. All I can say is that I believe that it helps to maintain my weight. I see more fluctuations in my morning weigh-ins when I DON'T take this product so based on that...I do believe that this product has had a positive affect on my weight. I've taken this product for 25 days but not consistently because I wanted to know what the difference would be when I didn't take it. No issues with grogginess. No issues with stomach upset. I have ordered NatureWise products in the past and I am very happy with their products, level of commitment to Customer Service and the overall quality of their products. I will receive a free bottle for this review.

I have taken this for three nights so far, I bought this as well as the day time version, and with Naturewise you get a ticket inside to redeem a bottle so am going to be receiving a bottle of this for free, just on the grace of leaving a review, as this bottle is coming to me after the purchased bottle it certainly isn't swaying my review. Getting sleep for me, on a good day is challenging, now...ridiculous, I say that, because I now have a teething six month old and he likes to be grumpy and pop up at all hours. So my lack of getting a good night's sleep in before I was pregnant even, much less now with a teething infant, hard commodity. Just even in this small window, taking it as directed, about twenty minutes with a tall glass of water before I head in to lie down, I feel really restful and relaxed, ready to head to bed. It is wonderful, but I don't feel medicated sleepy, like a chemical sleep like I have taken something akin to when you have taken a sominex or when you are ill and take Nyquil, just a natural hey, it's time to sleep, rest that comes on in a quick burst, but not so quickly that it jars you. The fact that it has the extra benefits, well all the more intruiging. Will come back and add on with more on that, as it has been just the three days/nights.

I have problems sleeping at night and used to take over the counter sleeping meds that leave me super drowsy the next day. This one works differently. It doesn't "knock me out" like the sleeping meds but kind of relaxes me somehow. I usually take it 30 mins before bed time and by the time I hit the pillow I feel mentally tired enough to fall asleep. The mind is the hardest part to rest even when your body is tired. It works wonder. I'm not sure about the loosing weight part but I've been eating a ton of ice cream due to stress (which makes it hard to fall asleep as well) but haven't gained a pound. And I don't go to the gym either. I also like to eat a lot! So this product must do something right. If I exercise I might even loose a few pounds! I'd recommend this product for those whose tired of using over the counter sleeping meds that makes you drowsy or afraid of being addicted to prescription sleeping meds. Also, if I don't take it one day I don't feel bad or "withdraw" simptoms either. So glad I found this! Ordering some more now :)

I’m giving this two stars despite really wanting to give it one, simply because I believe it does encourage restful sleep. Anything with melatonin will do that though. Just take plain melatonin... I’m not typically one to buy into these gimmicky type supplements. I was looking for something with melatonin and the additional benefit of the capsaicin burn sounded at least worth a try despite knowing the science behind thermogenics is shaky at best. Most studies show little true advantage or weight loss or inches lost on the waist.... YET knowing all that I still say to myself “What’s it hurt to try, right?” Well, the answer is it hurts my lower intestines. I tried this a few different ways over a couple of weeks. Taking with food, taking with lots of water, taking with almond milk, taking with Tums, etc... just to find something that works and make sure it wasn’t a fluke. Almost every time I woke up 6.5-7 hours after taking the pills to terrible cramps in my intestine area. I’m guessing that’s about the amount of time it takes my body to push through the stomach and start to be absorbed by the intestines because it was so painfully consistent. Today was my last go at testing this. I’m in bed writing this review waiting for the cramps to chill out and that’s the only option, can do anything to quickly cure the burn. So do yourself a favor. Drop the gimmicks. You don’t need to BURN anything while you sleep. Your body will burn plenty of you just devote yourself to 7-8 hours a night with plain melatonin.
