What is difference between the kit and claim shell?

I am not sure what the claim shell is, but the kit has the spikes, and a tool to remove the old spikes, and tool to install new ones

Will they fit Footjoy Project M shoes?

They did not fit my FJ Contour shoes.

Good value & easy to fit

Bought these for my Skechers golf shoes. Easy to fit (once you have got the old ones out!). Good grip, too early to say how durable they will be.
