The relief is instant. Very easy to apply. I've been using it for 2 days now and it's helping a lot. I feel a lot better than I was days prior.Update: this cream is still good, I recently purchased it again. When it came yesterday, I noticed that Amazon actually switched it with Anusol Plus. I decided to try it anyway and I'm shocked. Anusol Plus is better than this one. The only downfall is that Amazon actually doesn't sell it so it's a mystery how I got it in the first place. Either way, thank you Amazon worker for switching it 😂 it ended up being the best thing ever. The anusol Plus relief is INSTANT when I mean instant I mean the second I applied this, the irritation was gone immediately. 10/10 Anusol Plus. Multi symptom is good too though! But because mine was a little more irritated, A-Plus was very helpful.
