Can you use either earbud for taking

I tried to spak on a phone call only with the left ear and people can't hear me, only when I put the righ earbud and take off the left one people hear me. I tried this a couple of times, taken each earbud off and asking the caller, they never hear me when I only have the left earbud on, so I believe the previous answer is incorrect.

Are these waterproof / IPX rated?

Tribit Flybuds C1 Earbuds are iPX5. Thanks for your question.

Is there an app to reduce or control the canceling noise? When talking, the noise reduction feature cuts my voice. I'm a truck driver

It states in the description that there is a Tribit app available for these - has anyone had luck with using it?
