I did have to return the first one of this that I got bc the ball was sticking and not roasting, even after lubing the bearings with silicone spray, but this one works great out of the box and feels like a dream glide, effortless. They also shipped the replacement to me immediately before I dropped off the first one, which I really appreciated. If it doesn't work right away, don't give up on the style!
