I opened the box as soon as it arrived after work when I have the most pain from sitting at the computer all day. I began using it and had all the pain and tension in my upper back and neck and headache per usual. I didn’t need to figure out what to do as it came natural and easy although I’m sure I will learn more. I immediately began feeling the tension and pain leaving the areas I pressed after a short period which motivated me to press other areas. My headache went away also. Today, I only have a little pain as I haven’t used it yet but don’t feel the knots. I have had arthritis since a teenager and always seeking relief. This gadget really had me thrilled as I don’t have to plug anything in, heat up anything, and it doesn’t limit where I am and isn’t heavy. I can also multi-task somewhat, saving time. I have been to PT, chiropractors, had myofascial release massages and own many gadgets but they never felt as good as this. This goes much deeper and with more pressure. I was searching for another item for my ankle and accidentally stumbled on this. One of the best purchases I have ever made since I do not take meds for pain relief as they are not very effective for me and I prefer not to depend on them. I use OTC gels sometimes only.

I get Upper back Muscle spasms from neck injury. When pain flares I press carefully on tender sore spots in upper back and shoulders and have been gradually building up length of time doing it. I breathe in first and then exhale as I press on the spot . Provides nearly instant relief from strong pain. So grateful to find this.

Instead of relieving pain I am suffering much more when ever I use this product.In manufacturer's manual it was clearly mentioned that the product can be returned back within 80days without assigning any reason. Contacted LiBa the manufacturer but they replied me to contact seller. Contacted seller too. They suggested me to contact Amazon. Amazon replied that it is not returnable item and hence can't help you. Though returnable within 80days period, I am unable to get it returned back to them.

Light weight, but pretty sturdy. Helps me work out some knots under my scapula. Very useful. It comes with a book of recommend techniques, but you can also just play around with it until you hit the right spot.

Te permite hacer un masaje controlado por ti mismo, no necesitas ayuda de nadie más. Tu mismo controlas la presión en la parte del cuerpo que necesites aliviar el dolor. En mi caso, lo compré para aliviar la tensión en la espalda y en el cuello de personas que pasan tiempo sentadas frente al escritorio y sí funciona. Aparte de todo, llegó antes de lo esperado.
