TalkTools Sensi Ocean: 10 TIP KIT - Most Popular Tips Kit

I purchased this set for my 18-month old son who has a feeding disorder and oral sensory issues. He sees a therapist for his issues once a week. Generally the therapist group will supply tools such as this, but with the pandemic it was necessary for me to purchase tools on my own. This was a good option that was affordable. There were other options but this particular set had 10 tools, was reasonably priced, and was available through Amazon Prime. In addition, the customer service was prompt and extremely helpful when the wrong set (5-piece set) was mailed to me accidentally. They were able to supply the correct set in a couple days which was great because I was able to get it before his next therapy session. Because of the great service and variety provided, I highly recommend this set!

Product works as described. I thought we received a faulty one as even though I had a fresh new battery in it kept turning off shortly after being turned on. Turns out I hadn’t put the top on properly after putting the battery in. My little one loves the input and I love that I can use the z-vibe tips with it.

Very helpful therapy tool. My son likes the vibration and doesn’t mind doing his exercises with his sensi. Lots of attachments to help as your child progresses.

The envy of my nephew’s OT therapist. These tools have been helpful in his eating therapy as he has oral aversion.

Pencil stop working after using it 3 times, Amazon and the seller didn’t change the product or refund the item, too difficult to even comunicate with both Amazon and the seller

Buenas noches. Recibí mi TalkTools y apenas lo abrí para utilizarlo. Sin embargo, al probarlo noté que la vibración no se mantiene de manera continua. Ya cambié la pila en varias ocasiones para verificar si ese era el problema, pero el equipo sigue sin mantener la vibración. ¿Me podrían apoyar, por favor, con el cambio del producto? Al parecer presenta alguna falla y quisiera poder contar con el equipo funcionando correctamente. Quedo atenta a sus indicaciones para realizar el proceso de cambio. Muchas gracias por su apoyo.

mi producto llego en buen estado pero ya no funciona bien al prenderlo solo prenden las luces y de repente vibra y se apaga tiene un mes que lo adquirí, busco contacto con los vendedores para que me ayuden a esolver la situación por favor
