I bought the XL fits great! I still adjust the pull string to be a little bit tighter. But the band is forgiving and with the pull string you could lose weight and I'm sure it would still fit. Go with the large size. Hope this helps! **Q: My waist is 30 in. What size do you recommend?** A: The size chart for this item is as follows:Sizing WaistSmall 27-30"Medium 31-34"Large 35-38"X-Large 39-42"2X-Large 43-48" **Q: Does the cup come out of strap** A: The cup does come out of the strap, which makes it easy to clean. **Q: Is this cup our youth or adult?** A: Adult. We do have a Youth version available though. ## Frequently Bought Together - Diamond MMA Jock Strap + Athletic Cup for Men | 4-Strap No Shift Athletic Supporters for Men with Cup for MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu | High Impact Sports Jockstrap with Cup - Venum Challenger Mouthguard - Red/Black - RDX Boxing Gloves, Pro Training Sparring, Maya Hide Leather, Muay Thai MMA Kickboxing, Men Women Adult, Heavy Punching Bag Focus Mitts Pads Workout, Ventilated Palm, Multi Layered, 8 10 12 14 16 18 Oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/271584841-athletic-cup-groin-protector-and-four-strap-no-shift-jock](https://www.desertcart.no/products/271584841-athletic-cup-groin-protector-and-four-strap-no-shift-jock) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
