Ive bought this and it doesn't respond to my s7 ultra. Is there something i have to do to make it work?

this will not ever work with a Samsung galaxy s7 as it is an older phone & only was for the note phones only this is for the s21 ultra

Can i use this with a tempered glass screen protector please? thank you

As long as your glass screen protector is 100% responsive, YES! It will work as charm.

Does it work for S21 FE?

The S21FE is not S-PEN enabled so no it won't work
