does this come in a clear case?

This Mini Slant Tweezer comes with a clear plastic tube.

Hi. Some tweezers can't grab very very fine hair, eyelashes, or whiskers firmly enough to be able to pull the follicle. Can these get the job done?

These are great tweezers and are designed with hand finished tips to grab every hair, every time. For precision work you can also look for Tweezerman Point tweezers, which are specially designed for baby fine hairs.

what country are these made in?

Our tweezers are manufactured in India and quality tested at our facilities in New York.

Would someone mind telling me the size?

I think they are 3 inches. Though they are small, they are mighty. Their accuracy with hair plucking has been matched by none. And they fit anywhere.
