**Q: It says one size, but will it really fit a skinny, bony woman wrist?**
A: Put it over your thumb and bring behind your wrist and wrap over your wrist.  If you're skinny & bony, you will just have more to wrap around.

**Q: is this a pair for 2 hands one left one right? Or is it just 1 for 1 hand?**
A: One brace,but like most flexible wrist braces it's designed to work on the right or left hand

**Q: Can you wear this for tumbling or gymnastics?**
A: Have never done any tumbling but I don't see why not.  The thumb hole helps keep it in place and it does add some support.

**Q: Can I use the same wrist wrap for both right and left hand?**
A: Yes they can be used on either hand.  The will sort of start to shap to the hand/wrist it is warn on, but not so you could nor swap it up.
