What is the thickest material thhese clamps will work on?

If you need to hold thicker material simply put it on a block to raise it up. I use them on materials up to 3/4", then put them on blocks for thicker wood.

How wide is the base (the part that is screwed to a plate or a board)? Thank you very much for answering me, stay safe.

Base is just over 1 3/8" long and just over 13/8" wide.

Mounting hardware included ?
