Japanese is not enough detail for me.** A: Cheap miyota movement same as most quartz watches **Q: Is the watch in the off position when I receive it? Or is already running?** A: If you buy direct from Bertucci, the stem will have a small plastic stopper preventing it from running. **Q: Is this the older model? From the Bertucci site I can see that the dial logo and bracelet are slightly different.** A: I have no idea if this is an older model or not, however I own three of these watches and I recommend them from a watch collector. They are a great all around beater watch. **Q: how long is the band?** A: 10” band only. 10.5” if you measure from the tip of the buckle.
