TerraTherm Heat Pads Back, Neck and Shoulders

These are amazing. They last for ages and are so warm. They really helped my back pain and they are great for period pain too when you can't have a hot water bottle. I just stick them to the outside of my underwear and it lasts all day. Don't put them directly in your skin, as my friend did when I gave them one. They have to go on clothing to leave a barrier. Can't recommend them enough. You can take them anywhere, I always have one in my bag just incase something twinges. They're a good size too and they stay on the fabric the whole time without shifting or falling off.

Arrived on time. Easy to use. I had a fall and hurt bottom of back.. it can get hot so make sure youhave a good thickness if material between pad and skin. Very soothing can only use for 8 hours and not over night. So have just used on day one. So far has really helped. Will use on a daily basis till it gets better. Would recommend.

Really good heats up quick and hot and lasts over 12 hours shame it can’t be stuck to your skin it has to be attached to your clothing which means you have to wear something over that if you want to go out without a patch showing

It gives me some relief but not that much

Absolutely amazing these are. Have been a god send for my back pain. Sticks really well too clothes, doesn't shift and the heat it generates ...wow. stayed really hot all night for a good 10 hours or so.

Iv bought these due to sciatica , and there great they last 12 hours , you attach them above clothing ,which is the only thing that's confusing but they still give relief,I'd recommend this product, the not massive in size and I think you could were few in different areas , straight forwarded instructions

These are amazing, stay hot for soo long, I put them Right into my skin even though it says not to, they are brilliant. Gave me so much relief for a bulging disc.

Shoulder pain- works great, helped eased pain, worked straight away, would buy again- thank you.
