What is included? For example, the attachable sunshade, bike attachment, stroller attachment, etc.?

Hi LG, The Thule Chariot Lite Sport Stroller comes with a sunshade, a Strolling kit and a bicycle trailer kit. The Jogging Kit and Cross-Country ski kit are sold separately. Thank you for the inquiry and have a great day!

Are there any handle bar/ grip handle covers available? Leather preferably but anything that fits if possible.

Unfortunately, we do not offer covers to go over the existing grip. We do offer the handlebar as a replacement that comes with the grip.

Do the seats in chariot lite recline more than in chariot cross?

No recline feature in the lite the seats are stationary.

Does this have a cargo function/feature like the Thule Courier?

Thank you for your interest in Thule products! The Thule Chariot Lite does not have the same ability to convert for cargo usage as the Thule Courier. It is intended for use as a child carrier for biking, running, strolling, or skiing, depending on the adapter kit used.
