We live in Wisconsin, is it warm enough for our cold winters?

I hear that once it snows in parts of Wisconsin at the start of winter - that the snow may stay on the ground for a month or more at a time. With such extensive cold - you may need to buy a thicker Carhartt - as I chose this one because I felt that I could work with my arms in it. You may want to find the closest Carhartt store in your area (as I did) to see which options may best suit you.

Is this bartlet jacket made in india or mexico?

Yes, this jacket will be made in Mexico or India.
