## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it machine washable?**
A: Yes also if the bag loses its smell proof capabilities then just throw it into the dryer to reactive the charcoal

**Q: Have they done anything to adress the zipper issues in the reviews?**
A: I gave up due to the fact that after endless messages the company made zero effort to reply or contact me in any way. I was completely ignored. As the song goes “go
On, take the money and run”

**Q: Does this have a laptop pocket?**
A: Yes sir

**Q: Is it fully waterproof?**
A: Water resistant and the zippers are crap really expensive product for it to be defective 6 months later. When trying to contact the company via telephone via email was ignored. Made many attempts to contact company resulting in being completely ignored. They will take your money and run.
