Review: Fantastic Surprise! - I have had the AquaNotes notepad on my wishlist for at least a year at this point, as I had been very apprehensive on how it would work. I finally needed to tack on a few dollars to get free shipping on an order, so I decided to take the leap and was very pleasantly surprised. The suction cups work great on our shower door, I only had to reattach it once, and we had knocked it pretty hard. The pencil works very well on the paper, and only smudges a little when you're flipping pages. The only minor complaint I have is that when the pages are very wet they do stick a bit, so if you have something written on the second page you have to fight for it a bit, but they're very durable. Even when I was finished with a page, it was a little bit of difficulty to tear it out. Definitely recommend this to anyone who has those random shower thoughts, shopping lists, or story ideas, and is terribly sick of forgetting them by the time you get out!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this be used in the hot tub?  I get loads of ideas when I'm sitting in my hot tub in the morning, but forget some when I'm out.**
A: I’ve only used it in a shower, but I would think it would work in a hot tub as long as it’s suctioned to the wall/side good and not completely submerged under water.

**Q: Is the paper adhesive? Is it a sticky note**
A: The paper is not adhesive like a stick note and is on a perforated notepad that you tear off.

**Q: What happens if I lose the pencil or run out of the eraser? Will any pencil do?**
A: Any pencil will write. They might smudge. 
There is a very handy pencil holder which adheres to the wall with the same suction cups which hold the writing pad. Losing the pencil has never entered my mind.

As for the eraser… I’m writing love notes in the shower… not resolving complex mathematical problems.
I haven’t used it much.

**Q: what size are the papers?**
A: The total pad size is 5 1/4 X 3 1/2 in. The actual paper portion is measured at 4 1/4 X 3 1/2 inches. Hope this is helpful!

Super fun. I bought this as a gag gift whick is great for the cost. It is truly waterproof and the pencil writes just like a normal pencil. It comes with a pencil holder (suction cup), the pencil, and the notepad. We’ve used it for a month and we will have to buy another because we are flying through the pages with tic tac toe and squares games. So fun!
