If you make arancini on any sort of regular basis and you've got space to store another couple of hyper-specific cooking gadgets, these are 100% worth the price. Our only quibble with the seller was that the packages appeared to have been opened and beat up before coming to us. Perhaps someone bought them, used them once, and returned them? Not a big deal, for this particular product, since they're hard plastic and we would have washed them before using them anyway, but it's the principle of the thing.

Its perfect. Makes nice consistent Arancinis cone or round shape. Like it so much, I bought a second set for someone else. I use cling wrap to prevent it from sticking to the mold. Rinse or replace cling wrap after making a few.
