Is there a straw?** A: The speed file attaches where your water bottle attaches and has a straw that goes up by your aerobars. This is only the sock that covers it. It is supposed to help with keeping the liquid cold. It gives you a little more time before the liquids get warm. The assembly is simple. I place the reservoir in the mount, then put the speedsok on (I don't bother with the fastener on the mount - have never had an issue with the reservoir popping out). Then the straw, then the lid.
