These pulsator caps are a great buy. I found them on another site and just one was over $60.00! These are the same caps. I got them the next day and installed very quickly. Perfect! And, I now have an extra one, too!

I broke the first one, so I'm super glad there were two. Then I got a flashlight and illuminated the problem. There was still a piece from the original one stuck in the old hole. Remove that with needle nosed and made sure I was lined up over the interior slot holes and pressed firmly and it snapped in without a ton of effort. These seem to be very similarly constructed to the OEM part so I only expect it to last a couple of years. I give it five stars because it is advertised as a direct replacement and it is. No better. I will never buy another Samsung washing machine again. They start rusting out immediately, and using such a cheap part here is just another indicator of the lack of quality in an expensive appliance.

One of the caps was broken in the package, one of the little clippie feet had broken off. Not surprising considering they're just cheap little things. I decided considering the price to just go ahead and pop on the broken one anyway, just to see if it worked. I have done several loads of laundry and it has stayed secure and intact which is more than I can say for my old one, the original equipment on my 10 year old Samsung top loader. Just popped it right on, easy peasy. If it doesn't last, the other one has all four feet! But so far, no problem.

Broke a few days after purchase.

The original pulsator in my Samsung washing machine didn’t last more than 4 years. This one was easy to install and fits perfect. They gave me 2 but I don’t think I’ll need to use the second one. It’s durable.

Ordered this item expecting a better quality than the others listed. Unfortunately the item described as having a green coating on the 3 tabs to improve durability was NON-EXISTENT. 👎 Don’t know if this is false advertising and/or intentional misleading product description and false ad photos which do not represent the actual product received. 👎 Definitely NOT worth the extra $ because this $17 item is NO different than the $12 item offered by Amazon. Do NOT recommend this item or Seller because of the misleading description.
