What is the size of this. My cup holder has a slidding cover will this fit underneath? Actual dimensions would be nice.

It is not flush, I don't expect a cover to slide over it. The knob does stick up

will this connect via bluetooth to my phone without needing the receiver, like a gaming controller?

This is not a bluetooth device. It uses a special and additional receiver to get connected to the radio (wired). The controller is wireless, but the receiver needs a wired connection to communicate with your radio.

Question for joying support. does this work with jy-hq145n4g-b (9" honda 10th gen civic)?

It should but reach put to Joying by email to be sure.

Is this compatible with joying 10.5 inch single din? (sorry i don't know the model but here is the link) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/b08y69k3yb/

Yes, it is compatible with 10.5" stereo.
