Hello! This is was conceptualized in the USA and manufactured in China.

Is there a users guide? I scanned the QR code but see nothing helpful.

Hello Ayleash! Welcome to the Artistro community! I am sorry to hear that you weren’t able to access the free ebook and other materials through the QR code on the package. Our user's guide and other resources are available on the 'resources page' on our website. You can search for us on your web browser, type in Artistro, our website should pop up, you can then click on resources, and from there you can download you free eBook, instruction manual, and lettering pages etc. Or can send us a direct message and we will send you the link to the information. To contact us, you can check for our contact information on the welcome card that you should have received with your new watercolor set as well as on the package for the set. We hope this helps and we look forward to hearing from you, soon.
