However, it may end up holding onto too much sweat for a period of time, and especially in colder and damper environments, foot cramping will happen. In terms of more temperate climates, it's pretty good though. I will add that the cramping is led to my overall health and how long I've been standing, too. It's a bit of a unique scenario that I think still needs to be mentioned, that may not apply to just everyone.
