Is it a true 2,000 watts?

Keep in mind that all amps power rating like this one saying 2000 watts is just what it peaks out at... This amp is only about 1200 watts

Will this amp push 2 15" american bass subs in a probox?

This amp can produce a maximum of somewhere around 1500 watts RMS at 1 ohm. Compare that with the max RMS rating of your 2 subs. The seller is full of crap, it's impossible to produce more than 1728 watts RMS with a max input amperage of 120amps.
