This is completely up to the boat manufacturer and dependent on available space in the boats transom. If you are unsure, please check your current set-up before purchasing. Call a Yamaha Dealer , get P/N then order on Amazon a lot cheaper than dealer **Q: will this fit the yahama F250 outboard engine 4.2 V6** A: Yes it will. I purchased it for the exact same engine. **Q: This can replace my old racor 3213?** A: I don't know what a Racor 3213 is. The Yamaha mar-fuelf-il-tr is a disposable spin-on cartridge water eliminating gas filter that can only be used with the corresponding Yamaha housing. Think of this cartridge as you would an oil filter cartridge. You must find the one that fits your car model and engine. I would suggest that you find a cross reference chart if there is such a thing, and see if can match it with a cartridge. If you can't, you must purchase the Yamaha housing assembly and replace the Racor. Try the Eastern Marine internet catalog. I hope this helps you. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product *by K***R on September 20, 2026* Worked well ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect fit *by D***D on April 12, 2026* Was having trouble getting product in time elsewhere. Found these guys, placed order, was here in less than 48 hours. Exactly what I ordered and in record time! Well done guys! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Went right on our 150 4 stroke Yamaha fuel system on the Keywest, hoping this paint job holds up better.. *by W***N on March 23, 2018* Went right on my fuel/water separator mount. 2005 Yamaha 150 4 stroke, mounts in the hull well right in front of the motor in our 196 Keywest Bayreef. Great thing to change about every 12 to 18 months. Some of the other filters like the Sierra I last had seem to rust faster, not positive yet but just a hunch, so I am not throwing them under the bus yet... Will be checking to see if this Yamaha paint job holds up better in the waters off Ft Myers. I have used the Sierra filters the last few times and they seem to rust too fast and actually had one rust all the way thru in the past and that pin hole stopped us from going anywhere and it was not easy to determine the issue. Do this preventative and you will have better boating days, worth it!! I'm hoping this more expensive Yamaha brand holds up better to our harsh salt water environment, silly to have the paint job on a filter stop you in your tracks... ## Frequently Bought Together - Yamaha OEM, MAR-10MEL-00-00-4 - Yamaha Original OEM Yamalube Acc-GEARL-UB-GL Marine Lower Unit Gearcase Lube Yamalube OEM - 1 Gallon - Yamaha New OEM Yamalube 4M 10W30 4-Stroke Outboard Marine Oil, LUB-10W30-FC-04 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/2594101-yamaha-oem-mar-10mel-00-00-4](https://www.desertcart.no/products/2594101-yamaha-oem-mar-10mel-00-00-4) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
