does this hair mask help hair grow longer or only thicker?

A little bit if both. Its amazing

Does it fall down the hair when you put it on the first times?

I massage it into my scalp and it stays there. Makes my hair super soft when I rinse it out.

Just like conditioner in the shower but leave it on for like 5 minuets before rinsing out. It makes my hair soft and smells really good too!
