## Questions & Answers

**Q: How can I purchase replacement filters and how often should I change them?**
A: Replacement filters are available in our Amazon store (search B08QMND975). For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the filter every 4 months, or sooner if you notice a significant drop in water pressure as the filter traps impurities.

**Q: Why has the water flow become weaker or uneven after some use?**
A: This is normal mineral buildup from hard water, meaning your filter is working. Gently rub the self-cleaning silicone nozzles to clear debri or replace the filter cartridge. Regular maintenance will restore strong, even water pressure immediately.

**Q: How can I maintain the shower head to extend its lifespan?**
A: 1. Clean silicone nozzles monthly by wiping. 2. Replace filters every 3-4 months. 3. For deep clean, soak ONLY the detachable spray panel in vinegar solution (1 hour).

**Q: How can I prevent leaks at the connection points during installation?**
A: Use the included Teflon tape! Wrap it clockwise 5-6 times around the threads of your shower arm and holder before connecting. Hand-tighten firmly. This creates a perfect seal. Please avoid over-tightening with tools to prevent damage.

**Q: Is using a TDS meter a meaningful way to test the water quality from this shower head?**
A: TDS meters measure dissolved minerals (like Ca), which our filter does not remove. Instead, we target undissolved solids (sediment) and chemicals (Cl). A stable TDS reading is normal. Judge effectiveness by softer skin/hair and reduced chlorine odor.
