How many grams of carbs?

There are 23 grams of carbs and 20 grams of protein. The sugar minimal.

Has the formula changed for the vanilla marshmallow protein bar? the amazon information states, "contains: milk, soy and egg". almonds on wrapper.

Yes they have changed. They've added soy protein isolate to the protein blend, which is not ideal for men if you eat these often. The bars have less calories (from 230 to 280) and less protein from (20g to 18g), which seems to indicate they've made the bars smaller, while the price has only gone up.
