Review: Awesome product, I have 3x3 stickerless moyu cube which ... - Awesome product, I have 3x3 stickerless moyu cube which I bought 2 years ago it had become very stiff to move, I ordered this Maru lube silicone oil 2 days ago and when I put one or two drops in each side of the cube it almost felt like a new one. I recommend this for all the cubers. Review: Less is More - I've tried all the cosmic lubes, GAN, and DNM-37 and found Muru to be the best. You want to apply very small amounts by squeezing the bottle as gently as possible. If you apply too much, the cube will become stiff and inconsistent. Rather than washing the cube, the best solution is to let it dry, possibly overnight. Once sufficiently dried, the cube will turn smooth, quick, and last for a substantial amount of time. Unlike the faster, water-based lubes I've tried, Muru won't quickly become gummy and inconsistent as it wears out. It will simply gain more friction. Rather than having to wash the cube, you can continue to apply more to achieve the same effects. I don't recommend mixing it with water-based lubes, as in my experience they'll simply gum up the cube, requiring you to clean it. ## Features - Brand: Maru - Type: Toys and Games - Silicone oil puzzle cube - Unique making ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00I6THTBK | | Best Sellers Rank | #141,039 in Toys ( See Top 100 in Toys ) #487 in Brain Teaser Puzzles | | Brand | MARU | | Brand Name | MARU | | Compatible Material | Rubik's Cube | | Container Type | Bottle | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 939 Reviews | | Item Form | Oil | | Item Weight | 0.02 Pounds | | Item weight | 0.02 Pounds | | Liquid Volume | 10 | | Liquid volume | 10 | | Manufacturer | MARU | | Material | Silicone | | Model Number | SG_B00I6THTBK_IN | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Package information | Bottle | | Part Number | 1 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Rubik's Cube Lubrication | | Recommended uses for product | Rubik's Cube Lubrication | | Specific Uses For Product | Rubik's Cube Maintenance and Lubrication | | UPC | 615953441765 | | Unit Count | 10 Milliliters | | Viscosity | alta viscosidad | ## Product Details - **Brand:** MARU - **Item weight:** 9 g - **Liquid volume:** 10 - **Material:** Silicone - **Package information:** Bottle ## Images ![Lube Silicone Oil Puzzle Cube - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51DV8357ccL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does the bottle have something to put into the cube to lube it? Or do I have to buy a syringe for that?** A: The bottle is shaped a bit like a dropper, which works just fine. You won't need a syringe or anything like that to use it. **Q: Is this better than Vaseline Petroleum Jelly?** A: Yes. Do not use vaseline on your Yo-Yo **Q: How long does it last before wearing off?** A: My son has lubricated literally dozens of cubes in the last six months. He has yet to re-lube a single one. **Q: Can this work on pyriminx** A: Should work on all cubes. But it is very light weight lube only need a drop or 2 per center post. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome product, I have 3x3 stickerless moyu cube which ... *by A***R on 19 August 2016* Awesome product, I have 3x3 stickerless moyu cube which I bought 2 years ago it had become very stiff to move, I ordered this Maru lube silicone oil 2 days ago and when I put one or two drops in each side of the cube it almost felt like a new one.
