It is beyond me why somebody will sell a piece of electrical equipment unsuitable for the electrical system in the UAE. This pump is for the US 110V system. It will break down very quickly in the UAE where the voltage is 220V and may even present a fire hazard.

Will never purchase these again.
Not the same ratings as the original equipment and the power adapter failed within five minutes. Purchased a power adapter with the same ratings as the motor from elsewhere and motor worked fine. Would never purchase these again - substandard equipment and NOT as per the original manufacturers equipment.

This product worked for two days and then stopped working, the seller is unresponsive, I’d like to send it back and get a refund.

Always Happy with Petsafe Products
Got this to replace my existing Petsafe pump from my Drinkwell 360. It was still functioning perfectly, but I wanted to refresh the unit and have a clean new pump after using it for several years, and the price was right for that at $26. I have nothing but praise for Petsafe products, and have had my current Drinkwell 360 Stainless Steel fountain for years. The stainless steel is easy to clean, and I've had no issue taking apart the pump to clean regularly, either. I've had great success with the Petsafe customer service, when needed, and have complete faith in this company. There may be cheaper fountains out there, but I believe Petsafe to be the best and safest product for my cats! Totally recommend!

Good replacement pump - American plug
Brought to replace a broken cat water fountain pump. The new pump is supplied with an 'American' plug/transformer (as shown in the pictures), so an adaptor would be required if you need to replace everything. However the new pump can be plugged into the old transformer if it is still working. Pump working well with no issues.
