A: This is a kit that needs to be assembled and painted.

**Q: How well do the tracks roll?**
A: Doesnt,was not patient , so I glue it.
Probably could work if you use a rubberized glue

**Q: Does it come with the glue and tools?**
A: No. Just the kit

**Q: WHat are overall dimensions of tank when finished?**
A: 1/48th scale. About 10 inches long and 4-5 wide.
