Review: Excellent quality and precision so far very happy with it. - Very good quality and precision; when it comes to pasta rollers I advise everyone not to but cheap products ( got first another product for 50% of the cost that was laminating and cutting tagliatelle and spaghetti all in the same piece... a total disaster and I had to throw it in the bin (I even made a review on YouTube). This is just like the one that came originally with the machine. If you are making your own tagliatelle, lasagne and spaghetti as often as a couple of times a week only use a sturdy and precise product, I promise it pays back.

**Q: Can this roll out dough for tortillas?**
A: Yes but it's only 4 inches wide

**Q: Is it compatible with 6 qt bowl lift model kp26m1psl?**
A: All Kitchen Aid attachments fit all kitchen aid stand mixers. I have never had a problem with compatibility. I also own both mixers.

**Q: how wide is the opening?**
A: The rollers are just over 5 1/2 inches long. The opening at the largest setting (#1) is about 3/32nds (not quite an 1/8 of an inch). At an 8 setting it looks about 1/32nd wide. (I don't have a set of feeler gauges to get an accurate measurement.)

**Q: wonder how much dough can be pushed out in an hour compared to a sheeter machine for a frozen ravioli business**
A: Works great for small batches....definitely need a heavier duty machine for daily use.
