It works really well - I use the Chill-O-Matic when I don't have any cans of soda in the fridge. I put ice on the bottom and top of the can and run it for 3.5 mins. The can comes out ice cold (as cold as straight from the fridge). This is a great little gadget to have around! Review: THIS THING IS LIKE GODS GREATEST INVENTION EVER!!!!! - This thing is awesome!!!! Highly highly recommend. My dad is a psycho when it comes to his soda being the coldest it can possibly be without actually being frozen. Before dinner, he puts his soda in the freezer (after already being in the refrigerator) for like 15 minutes and there’s been times he’s forgotten he’s left one in there and it’s exploded all over our freezer. Well not anymore! This thing is awesome . I tried it with a mini can of Dr Pepper and at first it would spin for a second and then the can wouldn’t spin but I realized there was ice where the spinner was so I cleared that out and counted to 60 , opened the can you right away - no explosion- and it was like it had been in the fridge for hours. I got this for my dad for his birthday and I am SO excited for him to open it! He’s a very impatient person so the fact that his soda will get cold in 60seconds is AMAZING. The material feels a little cheap but it works perfectly ! Never would have thought of this idea. If your on the fence on buying it, buy it! It won’t disappoint!!! UPDATE: (a few months after buying it and writing the above review ^^) I still agree with what I wrote about the product BUT apparently it is not made very well because it was only used about 3-4 times max before it stopped working out of no where for no reason? We thought the batteries were dead in it so we changed the batteries multiple times, in multiple ways & it just wouldn’t work. It sucks!!!! I got this as a gift for my dad and we were both so excited for him to be able to use it because he really would benefit from it & he only was able to use it like twice. Ugh so angry I can’t get a replacement 😩😡 ## Features - Chills 12oz cans from room temperature to ice cold in 60seconds! - The Chill-O-Matic will take any 12 oz. can of soda or beer from room temperature to ice cold in just 60 seconds, making it 240 times faster than a refrigerator! - It will not cause any fizz or foam, ever. - No more explosions for forgetting a can in the freezer! - Perfect for tailgating as you will no longer need to lug around a heavy cooler filled with multiple bags of ice. - Comes with full manufacturer warranty by B&D Group and replacement parts support. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0148K37K2 | | Best Sellers Rank | #109,315 in Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Kitchen ) #108 in Thermocoolers | | Brand | Chill-O-Matic | | Brand Name | Chill-O-Matic | | Color | Black | | Colour | Black | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 out of 5 stars 1,523 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00814092020200 | | Included Components | Battery Compartment, Intruction Manual, Motor Compartment, Suciton Cup | | Item Dimensions W x H | 19.1W x 11.4H centimeters | | Item Type Name | drink chiller | | Item Weight | 0.75 Pounds | | Item volume | 12 Fluid Ounces | | Manufacture Year | 2023 | | Manufacturer | Chill-O-Matic | | Manufacturer Part Number | IN1500BKB | | Material | Plastic | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | IN1500BKB | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product dimensions | 19.1W x 11.4H centimeters | | Size | 9x5x5 | | UPC | 814092020200 | | Volume | 12 Fluid Ounces | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Chill-O-Matic - **Colour:** Black - **Item volume:** 12 Fluid Ounces - **Material:** Plastic - **Size:** 9x5x5 ## Images ![Chill-O-Matic Automatic 60 Second Beverage Chiller in White 9x5x5 IN1500BKB - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71mJVBX5LQL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Ok so after i spin my beer or coke in this ice i’m sure it will make it cold but do i have to wait a while before i open my beer or coke if so how lon** A: Nope. It does not spray out like you think it would. Do it for 90 seconds for a nice cold beer or soda. Make sure you have fresh batteries. **Q: How long do the batteries last with regular use?** A: I use Chill o matic everyday. I inserted two brand new AA batteries. It was good enough for 20 cokes (12 oz). **Q: Is this item returnable?** A: As of July 2022, it has free returns. **Q: Does it keeps the ice from melting if you are going to use it later?** A: No. The melting of the ice is how it works. Fun and works. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product. It works really well *by S***N on 15 January 2024* I use the Chill-O-Matic when I don't have any cans of soda in the fridge.
