A: I agree re-China so I never purchase NOW products.This is made by Jarrow Formulas. I understand Jarrow to be pharmaceutical grade and made here at home!

**Q: What is better for your brain GPC or phosphatidylcholine and why?**
A: I don't know anything about phosphatidylcholine(s) and how it affects brain.  I do know, however, in comparison to the lower-tier choline supplements (choline bitartrate & choline citrate), that GPC is much much more potent.  It is like rocket fuel whereas the others may be noticeable only subtly in terms of cognitive enhancement.  I take GPC occasionally, but because it is pricey in comparison to the citrate (<1/3 of the cost), I no longer take it every day.

**Q: This same as glycerophosphocholine ? spelling different than spelling on label but both show up when looking for alpha gpc**
A: Yes, they are one and the same.

This is Jarrow Formulas Alpha GPC says to take capsule 1 to 2 times daily I just take one a day! Sometimes get depressed and don’t want to do anything so I think it has helped me getting active doing stuff like washing and drying clothes, put things in dishwasher, taking out and storing from dishwasher things like that but, I somewhat feel still hard to concentrate Now I’d lie to let know this is not like medication given from psychiatrist It is Only a Supporting Brain function dietary supplement, Only dietary supplement! 1 capsule 300 mg and I take everyday fish oil caps with it I don’t want to mean that I prefer another brand than this brand but feel that the Naturbelle Alpha GPC has worked better on me, But whoever reads this review I just want let them know to this brand see how you feel and try the other and take note which one was better for you!
