Can the receiving person hear you well?

Yes.... the first time i received a call i was out walking not realizing i could get calls. When i asked the person if they could hear me ok their response was "yeah, why?" So they didn't even notice any difference from any other time of being on the phone with me.

Are these Siri compatible?

Yes; I use Siri with my headset to make calls and listen to music!
