It provides a firm yet flexible hold that keeps my curls defined all day without making them feel hard or crunchy. It does a great job controlling frizz while adding definition and shine, and my hair still feels soft and touchable after it dries. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts quite a while. These products are very concentrated so don't have to use a whole lot. I also appreciate the clean ingredients and that it doesn't leave behind flakes or sticky residue. It layers well with my other styling products and washes out easily. The only thing I'd mention is that if you use too much, it can feel a little heavy, so I recommend starting with a small amount and adding more if needed. Overall, this is a high-quality styling gel that gives long-lasting definition, controls frizz, and keeps curls looking healthy and natural. I would definitely buy it again!

**Q: Does the honey or citrus oils in I Create Hold gel stain silver hair?**
A: I have gray hair and don’t have any problems with it holding.

**Q: does this make hair crunchy when air dried?**
A: It does create a cast (small crunchiness) but wait for it to dry completely and then scrunch it out. My looser curls are then super soft with a great hold.

**Q: Why does the ingredient list here have xanthan gum but the ingredient list for this product on Innersense's website does not?**
A: No clue because that ingredient is not on the bottle.

**Q: Does this contain protein?**
A: No protein
