So my focus has been on weight GAIN. However, L-Glutamine also increases insulin sensitivity, so I guess it can be useful in weight LOSS by reducing blood sugar levels and fat storage. **Q: Why does the ingredient photo list 2000 mg. when the top of this page says 1000 mg.?** A: I think it is 1000 mg per pill and serving size is 2 pills which would make it 2000 mg. Sorry it took so long to answer. **Q: Why my pills came in two colors? Yellow and white??** A: I have only used the powder form, white powder. **Q: How many grams per pill ?** A: 1000mg= 1 gram. I think they do this so you feel like you’re getting “1000” as opposed to just 1 hahahahaha ## Frequently Bought Together - Solgar L-Glutamine 1000 mg, 60 Tablets - Natural Muscle Food - Promotes Gastrointestinal (GI) Health - Supports Brain Health - Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Kosher - 30 Servings - Solgar Alpha Lipoic Acid 200 mg, 50 Vegetable Capsules - Antioxidant Support - Helps to Recycle Glutathione, Vitamin C & E, CoQ-10 - Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Kosher - 50 Servings - Solgar BComplex "100" Vegetable Capsules Heart Health Nervous System Support Supports Energy Metabolism Non GMO Vegan Gluten Free Dairy Free Kosher Halal Servings, Standard Packaging, 100 Count --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/253691694-solgar-l-glutamine-1000-mg-60-tablets](https://www.desertcart.no/products/253691694-solgar-l-glutamine-1000-mg-60-tablets) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
