Review: Great reliable little meter! - A great dependable meter. Updates quickly like every 10 seconds. Batteries last a long time, as I recall I only changed once after about 3 years of continuous use. I find the backlight very handy (tap the top to light). Temperature was accurate vs other gauges in the home. Didn't have another hygrometer to compare against. But taking the math approach you can take the local weather readings and calculate what the indoor relative humidity should probably be, and it was right on accurate. Great value for the money! Recently bought another one for a friend. Review: Compact and Accurate - AcuRite Pro Humidity Meter & Thermometer - I recently purchased the AcuRite Pro Humidity Meter & Thermometer with Touch Activated Backlight, and it has been a very satisfying addition to our RV. The device is user-friendly, with a straightforward interface that makes it easy to read and understand the current temperature and humidity levels. One of the standout features for me is the different mounting options. This flexibility is particularly useful in an RV setting, where space is at a premium and you need devices that can adapt to different spaces. The AcuRite Pro fits this need perfectly. In terms of accuracy, this device is spot on. I've compared its readings with other measuring devices I own, and it consistently delivers accurate results. There are no discrepancies or issues in its performance, which gives me confidence in the data it provides. Another aspect I appreciate is the quick visual readout. The display is clear and easy to read at a glance, which is convenient when you're busy and just need a quick check. Additionally, the size of the unit is just right – it's compact enough not to be obtrusive in our RV, yet large enough to easily read the display. Overall, the AcuRite Pro Humidity Meter & Thermometer is a reliable and handy tool for anyone needing to keep track of environmental conditions, especially in smaller living spaces like an RV. Its ease of use, accuracy, and compact size make it an excellent choice. ## Features - Enhanced Accuracy – Detects changes in temperature and humidity every 10 seconds - Backlight Function – Easily view temperature & humidity levels at any time, day or night - Multiple Mounting Options – Tabletop or magnet-mountable design - Responsive Readings – Indicates current air conditions to ensure proper humidity control - Record High and Lows – Displays 24-hour and all-time record high and low readings ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08LKC4K15 | | Best Sellers Rank | #31,217 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ( See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ) #62 in Weather Thermometers | | Brand | AcuRite | | Brand Name | AcuRite | | Color | Hygrometer with Backlight | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 867 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00072397011396 | | Included Components | Humidity Gauge, Instruction Manual | | Item Highlight | Keep tabs on your indoor conditions, comes with comfort meter. | | Item Length | 3 inches | | Item Type Name | AcuRite Pro Humidity Meter & Thermometer with Touch Activated Backlight | | Item Weight | 0.09 kg | | Manufacturer | AcuRite | | Model | 01139M | | Mounting Type | Tabletop | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | 01139M | | UPC | 072397011396 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Upper Temperature Range | 158 Β°F | | Upper Temperature Rating | 158 Β°F | | Warranty Description | Limited One-Year Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** AcuRite - **Color:** Hygrometer with Backlight - **Item Weight:** 0.09 kg - **Mounting Type:** Tabletop - **Upper Temperature Rating:** 158 Β°F ## Images ![AcuRite (01139M) Pro Humidity Meter and Thermometer with Backlight Button - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71Jn9RFFFnL.jpg) ![AcuRite (01139M) Pro Humidity Meter and Thermometer with Backlight Button - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71lQq+IGyEL.jpg) ![AcuRite (01139M) Pro Humidity Meter and Thermometer with Backlight Button - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81aMfbCFIxL.jpg) ![AcuRite (01139M) Pro Humidity Meter and Thermometer with Backlight Button - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Uiz0s+e8L.jpg) ![AcuRite (01139M) Pro Humidity Meter and Thermometer with Backlight Button - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91i-0zy3knL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great reliable little meter! *by C***R on January 10, 2026* A great dependable meter.
