Angelus Paint

These wedges had yellowed over the years, especially around the straps and heel cups. The leather itself was still in excellent condition, so I decided to try Angelus Flat White Leather Paint instead of replacing the shoes. After cleaning and prepping the leather, I applied three very thin coats. The paint covered beautifully, dried quickly, and, most importantly, didn’t fill in or hide the natural leather grain. The finish looks smooth, even, and factory-like rather than thick or painted. I was also impressed that it was easy to paint around the pyramid studs without making a mess, and the color blended seamlessly across all the leather panels. The transformation speaks for itself. These shoes genuinely look almost new again, and I saved myself from having to replace an expensive pair of sandals. If you’re restoring white leather shoes, handbags, or accessories, I would absolutely recommend Angelus Leather Paint. Just take your time, apply several thin coats instead of one thick coat, and the results are worth every minute. It exceeded my expectations.

I ordered this acrylic leather paint to change color of a pair of shoes I had recently ordered online, something I usually only do if I know the brand and how they fit. Turned out that I really liked these shoes except for the color. I knew they were gold but the online photo didn’t capture the color as it actually was. I immediately started a search on Amazon and found this paint which had all 5-star reviews and seemed to be the color (Bone) that I needed. The delivery came on time. I used a small foam brush to apply the paint. I was pleasantly surprised to see how easily the paint went on and how well the color changed to exactly what I wanted. Hopefully, the paint will stay on without chipping or peeling but reviews indicated that it would. The price of paint was under $10, very reasonable. I am so happy with my new shoes!

I had these sandals for over five years. Every summer I wore them more than any other footwear I own. They are high end sandals; the straps are leather and the insides memory foam. The straps were turning brown, especially around the edges. I tried products to try to wash out the brown, but nothing worked. I didn't want to replace them; they were pricey for flip flops. I thought there must be a product out there that can make these look new again. I found Angelus Acrylic Leather Paint on Amazon and thought to try it. I am happy I did because they look like new. Also, I use it to fill nail holes in white walls; it does the job so well you cannot tell they were there.

I sent off a vintage Hermes Vespa bag to a bag repair company in California to recolor the bag because it had like orange color transfer bleeding through. When I got the bag back, I was unhappy with the fact that the color transfer was still visible, so I shipped the bag back to have it redone. Despite pointing out the flaws with the first job, the bag came back to me in the same condition. Frustrated, I decided to purchase some materials and do it myself. I used the crappy paint job the bag repair company did as primer, and decided to go with a neutral beige color instead of the creamy white original color of the bag. I wasn't sure what to think about Play in the Sand because it appeared beige in some images and almost brown and others, but I'm so glad I chose this color. The end result was a gorgeous beige with just the right amount of warmth to contrast the brown leather trim on the bag. It came out so well, I'm going to use the same color to restore the canvas a vintage Chanel bag. Be sure to get you some Taklon brushes to prevent brush streaks.

This leather paint is pretty magical! I bought a leather chair at a yard sale and the color was a burgundy that didn’t match my decor l. I bought this in dark bone and it turned out perfect. You really can’t tell that it was ever a different color. Since I was going from a dark color to a light color, I did need to do multiple thin coats to cover the color but one 4oz bottle was enough to do the entire chair. I used a kitchen sponge for most projects f the application and the paint brush in the picture to get into the folds and harder to reach spots. Don’t put it on too thick or you might get some cracking when it dries. It does dry really fast too so it only took me about 3.5 hours to finish the chair and then I waited 24 hours before sitting in it. I bought the leather prepper too but it’s just acetone and rubbing alcohol so you could definitely use something cheaper or make your own. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the scratches are still visible after you paint so if you wanted to use it for repair it wouldn’t work that well. I forgot to take a before picture but I found a picture of a similar chair for reference

This product is amazing. I foster kittens which are always leaving thin scratches all over the leather sofas and a senior cat who has been excessively licking the seats. This product was easy to apply the a sponge. I found that applying a small amount and rubbing it in worked best. Dries within minutes. Purchased in dark brown. Pictures don't do it justice.

Took 3 days to finish painting the leather band of my wristwatch. The first day I painted one side, the second day I painted the other side and the third day I painted the small harder to reach spaces like under the dial and around the buckle. I let sit to dry a whole day before wearing as instructions say to do so before bending the leather you paint on. It came out very nice and looks like I bought it this way. This paint provides full coverage and a little goes a long way.

Went from ugly brown to sleep cohesive black. Very easy to apply and a little bit goes a long way I used a sponge brush to apply and it worked very well would probably not recommend a brush it'd be streaky. But overall amazing.

Worked better than l expected. The bottle is small but goes a long way. Only used half. The color and finish is amazing.
