## Questions & Answers

**Q: Has anyone found metallic or white ink for these pens?? Or have any idea how to refill a cartilage?**
A: hopefully you have figured this out by now but you can refill the old cartridges with a blunt syringe look at Goulet pens or pen chalet, or you can get a pilot converter from them but you would still have to manually fill it with a syringe. Both companys and even here on Amazon have amazing inks now in any color under the sun and plenty with metallic in them, i love to write and play with those. As for white ink i have used Noodler's Whiteness of the Whale with great results.

**Q: are there another version of pens with tilted pen tip ?**
A: 1. If you are asking because you are left-handed, Pilot does sell a L handed Parallel Pen series.
2.  If you are right-handed, simply change the angle of your nib for each alphabet, eg, 45⁰ for Italic or 30⁰ for Uncials, etc.

**Q: Ink won't come out**
A: Make sure the cartridge is fully seated. Pull it out and look for the hole. It took me a few tries to pierce it the first time.

Very gently squeeze the cartridge just a little over a paper towel or the sink. You don't want a splatter mess. That should get it started. 

If that fails, wet the tip of a paper towel and brush it lightly against the nib. That can get messy unless you're careful, but it's a solid way to get the ink flow started.

**Q: The title says it is a 4 nib pen set with different sizes. What are the options that say 1-5 pack vs a 5.000?**
A: The nib is a 4.0mm ..its under the 5.0mm but bigger then the 3.5mm
