I don’t find it uncomfortable after a full day of wearing it with a 24-70 as my main lens. **Q: I have a rigged bmpcc4k with a heavy lens and battery. I’m not attempting to carry around neck but want added security. Anyone have a similar setup?** A: I have used this strap extensively in National Parks: Arches, Canyonlands, Bryce and Zion. It work very well. It's very strong, easy to adjust and remove from the camera when on a tripod. I'm very glad I bought it. I would have no fear using it with a very large lens. One side of the neck portion is smooth to allow a swing up from a side carry and the other side has rubberized grabbers if you shoulder carry.
