Stain no. It's not the easiest to wash off, by any means. It spilled on the carpet one time, i don't think anything other than shampooing will get it up. If you get it on the sheets it will take several washes to get it out, but it doesnt not discolor or scent what it gets on **Q: Does it stain panties** A: I don’t think so. It’s not staining my sheets and haven’t noticed any stains on my boxers.
