How many balls of kenkey is there in a pack

Two. It’s a bit spendy for the pack being only two balls per. My husband enjoyed them though. It’s an occasional treat then as he misses kenkey from home.

So put the actual kenkee in boiling water for how long?

Boiling water tends to crumble it, especially when it's frozen. I put it in a steam pot on the stove at medium heat for about 20 minutes, so that it heats through the middle part to get an all around soft and malleable texture.

How do you prepare ir for eating? Microwave?

Slice it into three or four slices and cover with wet paper towel. Microwave about two to three minutes.
