Loose Leaf Cleanse Tea

As someone with mold poisoning and MCAS I'm always looking for new ways to detox myself. I figured I'd give this a try even though I have an oxalate/histamine intolerance. I had 2 cups. First cup I used 1 tsp of the tea and for the second cup I used 2. I did end up going to the bathroom twice the next morning and it did clear out the bloating. I have SIBO too so this was beneficial. However, it did contain histamines and oxalates so I solved one problem but then experienced pain from it. If I had no mold poisoning or autoimmune I'd say this is a phenomenal product and works wonders! However, I must point out that they don't give you very much for the $19.99 price. I may get 5-10 cups from this one bag if I'm lucky. Overall, I'd buy it again because it goes do what it promises to do.

Ok so over winter break I went to south america for a month to see my family, and the food there is amazing, plus it was summer and I didn't have access to a gym there. So as expected I gained a lot of weight and when I came back I felt bloated and just gross in general. So I remembered hearing about these types of cleansing teas from celebrities and whatnot and I decided to give it a try. I did a lot of research because I don't really trust these things and there's so many detox teas out there now, so I went to someone's instagram who I remembered had posted something about a tea and then googled it. Somehow I ended up finding this tea and I liked that it wasn't ridiculously overpriced like a lot of the other brands. I honestly just got it cause it said it was all natural, had good reviews, and i was super bloated so i was like whatever, if it doesn't do anything they'll give me my money back, apparently. I started drinking the tea almost 2 weeks ago. Here's what I think: taste: i actually really liked the taste, i don't put anything in my tea but it still was kinda sweet, which is nice does it work?: yes. I wasn't expecting a huge change but I was determined to detox and I started going to the gym regularly again and stopped overeating. It was probably the mix of all those things but I lost like 5 pounds on the first week. But the best of all: I'm not bloated anymore. The tea definitely gets rid of the bloating. It does make you go to the bathroom a lot and I've been drinking water like crazy. For people who also take meds that dehydrate you (i take meds for ADD and those make you super thirsty), keep a bottle of water near you at all times. I'm not kidding, my water bottle and I have been inseparable, which I guess in a way is good because I wasn't drinking enough water before. What I also noticed is that I do feel lighter in general, before I felt kinda dirty inside, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. I also noticed that I haven't been breaking out, not even when I got my period, which I am super happy about. So, to conclude my review, I guess all I have to say is if you're looking for a cleansing tea this one definitely works and hasn't caused me any major issues. Oh yeah, and my bag had way more than 14 servings, maybe my teaspoons are too small?

I’m not a doctor. I’m just a girl. I tried the tea once one morning and filled like a pretty medium to large size tea bag almost full with the tea. It tastes sweet-ish herby but it’s not a tea I would seek out for taste. Not to be tmi but if you’re buying this product you SHOULD know this. Later that day I did have some minor stomach cramping and a good few minutes on the toilet but I couldn’t tell if it was the tea because 90% of the food I eat is spicy, turns out it was kinda both. So keep that in mind. I ended up honestly forgetting I had the tea but recently I tried it again, only filling like 1/4 of the tea bag, now I usually use it as like a herbal “boost” in a regular cup of green tea. Mostly because the herbs listed in the tea are generally good for you like Dandelion Leaf Burdock root yadda yadda. I haven’t had the same issue but I do notice that it is kind of like a mini laxative (because of the senna leaf), As an anti bloat product this makes sense because bloat has to do with your gut. I do not drink it daily, I notice I reach for it a lot before my period and that honestly taught me that you can’t just get rid of bloat most of the time, sometimes it’s hormonal sometimes it’s genetic. The best way to fight bloat is with a healthy diet fiber intake and exercise like everything else in life. Do I recommend the tea, sure, try it, it probably won’t kill you i’m still alive. These Herbs are good for you and digestion. But it’s one of those things that depends on the user and their body. Always check with your doctor if you can before using and make sure to read the label as there are 16 different herbs that could mess with medications you take or could possibly be allergens, especially the Senna Leaf which stimulates digestion and gut muscles. If you struggle with SEVERE bloating or stool issues don’t buy this you should see a doctor so you can get targeted treatment that’s right for you :)

I paid full price for this product, I was just looking for a nice cleanse tea and this one popped up first. First of all, the smell. I almost didn't even taste the tea because the smell while brewing is awful. Thank goodness the tea taste nothing like it smells. I used a standard tea infuser and the grind is very uneven, lots of little tea leaves make their way through the holes into the cup. I don't mind it, but I thought it was worth noting. The taste is fine, nothing I would drink again if I didn't think it was helping with the bloating. Sort of minty, sort of citrus, I drink mine pretty dark just to make sure I get the full effect and it is drinkable. The container of the tea is small. Straight up. There are a lot cheaper bloating teas that come in much larger quantities for a lot less money. This tea is way overpriced. That's really the bottom line for me. This tea is (obviously) marketed towards women and the packaging is cute and all that. A standard peppermint tea (which I enjoy iced) or anything with fennel seeds or even lemongrass helps with bloating a lot. This tea seems to be doing the job, but it is way overpriced, and it is a very small amount. UPDATE: Very considerate customer service!!! I didn't even request a refund and they offered based on my review!

Hey girl, I need you to read this slowly. I drank 6oz late Thanksgiving night before bed. Its now early Sunday morning and im still going to the bathroom. Its NOT DIARRHEA but actual b.m (yea i know tmi but you do want the truth right 🤷🏾‍♀️). Im in the bathroom after I eat. I do believe that all of Thanksgiving and every day before has been cleaned out. This has cleaned out every organ in my body. I would give you a 10 star rating if I could. I will say the 1st night I drank the tea, I just peed all night and its been a wrap afterwards. Thank you for the tea. It was worth the money and the next colonoscopy I need, ima just drink the tea. Simple instructions and the bag was smaller than I thought but giiiirl, I wouldn't dare order a big bag of "bathroom vacation" 🤷🏾‍♀️🤧😄. Great job‼️Alriggt, Bye girl. P. S, its asking for a picture but it would only be of the 4 walls in my bathroom.

Hmm... I'm usually pretty regular when it comes to my digestive system, but I thought that this tea would help me clean out whatever else I had going on in there. It actually seems to be doing the opposite. I'm on day 5 of the "cleanse" and before taking the tea, I had a healthy bathroom trip every morning. Now I'm not really going until nearly the end of the day, and the second day I didn't go at all. The one day I was able to go in the morning, just felt like a routine bathroom trip to me, my usual MO. Last night I took the tea at 9:30pm, it's about 10:30am the following day and I still haven't had the urge to drop the kids off at the pool yet. I don't feel any renewed energy, or a cleanse really taking place. Maybe this formula isn't strong enough for me, who knows? I will update once I've done the full 14 days, but as of now, I wouldn't waste my money. There are plenty of other teas that while yes, giving you those uncomfortable stomach cramps sometimes, at least get the job done. I hope my body is just acclimating and that I'll be able to see and feel results soon. Does anyone know if I should up the intake of the recommended 1 heaping teaspoon? I give 2 stars for the taste, I actually like it and can drink it quite easily. ---UPDATE--- So yeah... finished the recommended 14 day cleanse and I stick by my original review, actually taking away a star because of how disappointed I am. This tea constipated me instead of "cleansing" me. As soon as I discontinued usage, I was finally able to go (THREE TIMES in one day), so that made it pretty evident that the tea wasn't really doing it's job. Maybe I got a bad batch, I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend. I also want to note that I felt a DECREASE in energy while taking this tea. I can usually spring up and get ready for work, but this tea had me struggling and wishing I could stay in bed.

Good so far have not used it as much say I’m seeing a difference

I’m so happy I ordered this tea and I will definitely be reordering in a month or so. Don’t be put off by the smell of the tea. When I first smelled it I was worried about the taste but it’s really yummy. I ordered this tea to get me back on track and reset my system and it worked like a charm. I was laid off in March due to the pandemic and not being on a routine sent me into bad behaviors like eating and drinking everything in sight for the first few weeks. I saw myself going down an unhealthy road and needed something to keep me on track while not working. Because of the tea, it kept me from drinking at all during the 14 days because I didn’t want to take away from the effects of the tea. It also kept me from snacking after dinner cause you drink the tea at night after dinner, before sleep. Helped me get back on a good healthy routine and some kinda schedule that I was lacking. Good reset for people who may have gotten off track. I like pled forward to my nighttime tea. Within the first few days I noticed the bloating feeling dissipated and on day 14 (today) I am down 8 lbs and feel much better. This may have to do with increasing my workouts and eating better too but I don’t think I would have gotten back on track without hey girl tea. The people were so nice too, they reached out to see if I had recieved the tea. Thought that was a nice touch. I plan on doing this cleanse every other month or so. Definitely purchase this tea!!!! You will not be disappointed.

It is weird as I started taking it, and it makes my bloating worse. For me, it does not work; it actually increases the bloating...

Found so much hair in my tea I was bitterly disappointed 🥴
